Role Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned Sales Executive to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will collaborate with talented sales professionals in the F&B/FMCG category to drive sales efforts, manage product offerings, and provide exceptional support to business operations. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence. Key Responsibilities – Sales Executive F&B Dubai

• Generating Sales Leads: Proactively identify and engage potential customers
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals
• Sales Performance Reports: Track and report on sales performance regularly
• Customer Interaction: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with logistics and operations teams to optimize order fulfillment and enhance buyer satisfaction
• Field Work: Engage directly with potential partners and customers across Dubai
• App Growth: Drive app downloads and onboard new buyers

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in outdoor B2B sales, specifically within the F&B/FMCG sector
• A solid understanding of the UAE retail market and current commercial trends
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive with a history of exceeding sales goals
• A well-established network within the UAE freezones is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to effectively position products against competitors
• Creative negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and a strong team player
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot, etc.) is an advantage
• Fluent in English
