Role Overview

Make your mark as a travel and logistics coordinator by managing end-to-end travel arrangements and ensuring smooth coordination of logistics operations. You will work closely with internal teams while maintaining compliance with company policies and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities – Travel and Logistics Coordinator Abu Dhabi

• Coordinates all travel arrangements
• Schedules flights, book hotels and car rentals, ferry and prepares itineraries
• Travel coordinator ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company’s travel budget
• Works independently within the established procedures associated with the specific job function and reports to supervisor

Your Qualities

• Requires a Diploma in Travel & tourism, IATA or equivalent
• Knowledge in Galileo GDS system
• Requires minimum 5 years international travel agency experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Good listening skills and ability to anticipate
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
