Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes while driving strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance. This role involves process automation, data-driven reporting, Emiratization initiatives, hosted employee onboarding, CRISP audit compliance, and recruitment approval management. The role also requires strong stakeholder management to ensure smooth integration and support for hosted employees.

Key Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition Executive Dubai

• Lead all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing to offer management, visa processing, and onboarding
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage hiring processes including background checks
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for hosted employees from offer stage onwards
• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met for hosted employees
• Act as a key point of contact for hosted employees throughout onboarding journeys
• Resolve challenges faced by hosted employees to ensure smooth transitions
• Identify automation opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding workflows
• Implement process enhancements to streamline hiring, onboarding, and compliance procedures
• Leverage HR technology for tracking, reporting, and employee engagement
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness
• Generate and analyze recruitment and onboarding reports to support decision-making
• Present recruitment metrics and trends to senior management
• Monitor KPIs to ensure recruitment efficiency and alignment with company objectives
• Update annual recruitment reports and forms with key trends and performance insights
• Oversee recruitment approval processes and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Drive Emiratization initiatives and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Partner with government entities to attract and retain Emirati talent
• Prepare and manage biannual CRISP audits and corrective actions
• Collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and external partners to align recruitment with business goals
• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Human Resources
• Minimum 4 years in HR with at least 3 years in recruitment, onboarding, and HR process optimization
• Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Excellent command of English language
• Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel
• Strong understanding of automation tools and HR technology
• Analytical mindset with reporting and data analysis experience
• Knowledge of Emiratization policies and regulatory requirements
• Experience with audits, compliance standards, and documentation management
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
