Role Overview

As an Operation Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse and e-commerce operations by coordinating order processing, monitoring dashboards, handling dispatch readiness, and ensuring operational procedures are followed efficiently. The role requires strong organizational skills, operational discipline, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities – Operation Administrator Dubai

• Create and manage operational tasks for assigned shifts
• Plan picking trips according to delivery slots and schedules
• Print invoices and attach them to orders before dispatch
• Review operational dashboards and escalate issues when operations deviate from plans
• Coordinate put-away areas and manage order readiness
• Monitor order statuses across systems including picked, loaded, and delivered stages
• Support picking operations by checking out-of-stock items and printing pick lists
• Assist pickers with operational problem-solving
• Monitor picking accuracy and rectify operational errors promptly
• Escalate damages and out-of-stock issues where required
• Report operational and productivity updates to Shift Supervisors and Operations Managers
• Ensure tools, PDAs, and operational resources are prepared before shifts
• Coordinate with last-mile carriers for timely dispatch
• Support continuous operational improvement initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience, preferably in e-commerce operations
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the retail business
• Strong communication skills with computer proficiency including MS Excel
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and task planning skills
• English proficiency required
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
